Drag and Drop attachments in Outlook Express
Instead of using the regular method of attaching files to your emails, here's a quicker way,

Open up a New email, then minimize it to the taskbar.
Browse for the file you wish to attach and drag & drop it in to the email sitting on the taskbar.
You will have to hold the mouse over the email until the email opens up, then drop it in.

Windows XP Service Pack 3
Microsoft released Service Pack 3 a while back. Those of you that might have missed it can find out more about it here, Service Pack 3
