Ipod Video Converter

Those of you that have a Ipod might find this program useful. I have not tried it myself, but it looks like a nice program. They claim it is adware and spyware free, if someone would like to try it, please let us know how it worked out. It claims to convert AVI, MPEG, etc so they can be viewed on an Ipod. Acer America Corporation Recalls Notebook Computer Batteries
Consumers should stop using these recalled batteries immediately and contact Acer to receive a free replacement battery. Consumers can continue to use the notebook computers safely by turning the system off, removing the battery, and using the AC adapter and power cord to power the system until the replacement battery is received.

Back to the Basics(Renaming a File or Folder)
The normal way to rename a file or folder, is to right click on it and choose rename. A faster way is to highlight it and press the F2 key on your keyboard. Remember if the file has an extension such as .gif, .jpg, etc that you must not change that part of the name. Give it a try.

Computer Fair
Those of you that live in the Southern California would love this Computer fair that is held in Pomona, Ca on April 28th and 29th. Bobbi and I have been to this several times over the past few years and we always find great deals on Computers and related items. You will even find a few good deals on non- computer items. A type of cellphone virus that became known in 2004. Mosquito was distributed as a part of a downloadable game. It makes mobile phones to send text messages to premium-rate numbers without the user's approval or knowledge.
