Make your own Photo Postage Stamp

This is really cool and fun. It is a little expensive to use all the time, but for special occasions it is great. These are real stamps that you can put on letters, packages,etc and send through the Post Office. Use family photos, pet photos or what ever you can think of. PC Decrapifier

This was sent in by subscriber Gary. When you by a new computer, there are sometimes things on your new computer that are there on a trial basis, many that will expire after a period of time. There may also be things that you are not even aware are there. One easy way to discover these things and remove them is to use this free software program, called pcdecrapifier. It runs from your desktop and lets you decide what you want to keep and what you might want to remove. You can download it here www.pcdecrapifier.com/home

Certified for Windows Vista

Hardware info on your Computer

Here is a way to find out information about the hardware that is connected to your computer.
  • Got o Start and click on Help and Support
  • Under Pick a Task, click on Use Tools
  • In the left column, click on My Computer Information
  • Click on Find information about hardware installed on this computer
  • Wait for the results

    Computer term (Bandwidth)

    How much stuff you can send through a connection. Usually measured in bits-per-second (bps.) A full page of English text is about 16,000 bits. A fast modem can move about 57,000 bits in one second. Full-motion full-screen video would require roughly 10,000,000 bits-per-second, depending on compression.
