"If you frequently drain and then recharge a lithium-ion battery, it can quickly lose its ability to hold a charge. The practice of completely draining and then fully charging a battery is advice that applied to nickel cadmium (NiCd) batteries and, to a lesser extent, nickel metal hydride (NiMH) batteries. Lithium-ion batteries last longer if you charge them often, a little at a time, to maintain a minimum charge of about 40 percent capacity". The product is completely free and automated. You tell it your city and state, and then ask for a specific business or business category. Bobbi and I love this service, we don't go anywhere without our cell phone, so we can use this service often. Before if we wanted to find a business, we would find a WiFi connection and look it up on our laptop. This goog 411 is much easier and faster. We are hoping that they will offer residential 411 in the future.
