Email's from Banks

We are receiving an unusual amount of bank email's wanting us to update our personal information. Such as account numbers, credit card numbers, social security numbers, etc. Since we are receiving them I am sure many of you are also. Most of the banks we do not even have accounts with, some we do. I thought I would take this opportunity to remind everybody that banks do not use email's to obtain or ask for this type of information. If you receive such an email, contact your bank in person or by telephone to alert them of this activity. Trust me they will be eager to hear about it. Many banks will have a page on their web site for reporting these things, take advantage of it and don't assume that someone else is reporting it.

Printer Tip

The most common printer for home computers is the ink jet printer. If you don't use your printer often, the print nozzles dry out which creates printing problems. Be sure to print out a test page at least once a week. Using the printer's test page is a good way to make sure that all the colors are being applied without using a lot of ink. See your printer manual to determine how to print a test page.

How to See Larger Print

To increase print size, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and turn or/push the small wheel in the middle of your mouse. The print size will change, it will either get larger or smaller depending on which way you move the wheel. If you don't have a wheel mouse, you can increase the text size by clicking on View at the top of your page and selecting Text Size.
