Formati 11 Tutorial(Preparing a photo)

With Formati 11 open, click on "File" in the upper left corner. Now click "Open", find where your photo is. In this case my photo is on the desktop and I am choosing "rushmore.jpg". After you have highlighted the photo you want, click "Open"

After your picture has opened, click "Tools" at the top and click"JPG Optimize".

There will now be a slide bar at the top. This picture started out at 60,800 bytes, you can see by sliding the bar to the left, it reduces the number of bytes in the picture. Keep sliding it to the left until the picture starts loosing quality, then move a little to the right until you are satisfied with the results.

Now click "Save" and save your photo, remember if you want to keep the original then give this saved photo a different name.
