Windows XP and Windows Vista have a feature called SENDTO that you can access by right clicking on a file or folder. There are destinations on the SENDTO menu that you can choose. To add a destination in Windows XP, go to START/RUN and type in SENDTO. The SENDTO folder will appear, for now minimize it and go to a folder that you would like to add. In this case I selected the My Pictures Folder, right click on the folder and choose Create Shortcut and a shortcut will appear on your desktop. Now bring up the SENDTO folder that you minimized onto your desktop. Now click and drag the shortcut that you made onto the SENDTO folder, you will now have a new destination on your SENDTO function for My Pictures.

For Windows Vista, go to START/RUN and type in "%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo" without the quotations, the SENDTO folder will appear. Follow the same instructions as for Windows XP.
