Creating a keyboard shortcut
Find the program that you would like to make a shortcut to in your programs list and right click on it. Now select properties.

Make sure you select the shortcut tab and click your mouse next to where it says NONE in the shortcut key window. Your cursor will start blinking.

Now decide what letter on your keyboard you would like to use for this shortcut and place it where the cursor is blinking. In this case I placed a P there. You can see that when the P was placed in the window, it automatically added "Ctrl + Alt in front of it , making the shortcut Ctrl + Alt + P. Click Apply and OK, now anytime you want to use that program, just press Ctrl + Alt + P and the program will open. You can do this with any program you would like.
