4inkjets! For All Your Printer Needs

There is nothing advanced about these suggestions, they are basic computer principals. By following the suggestions you may be able to solve some of your own computer problems. First having a computer that does not experience problems does not seem to be possible. This can be for many different reasons, I have listed some of them here.

Things that you can look for after a problem starts:

  • Have you installed anything new on your computer recently

  • Did the problem just start for no apparent reason

  • Have you downloaded any recent updates from Microsoft

Not all computer software is compatible with other computer software. So if you have started having problems after a new software install, uninstall it and see if the problem goes away. If it does, you have probably found the cause of your problem. You would then need to contact the maker of the offending software for a solution.

If the problem just one day appeared, try restarting your computer. There is a lot of confusion about what a restart is, you can refer to an earlier article I wrote here, Restart

If you have received any automatic updates from Microsoft and start having problems, go to the Control Panel on your computer and search ADD/Remove Programs to see what the latest updates are. If you find any that were installed just before the computer problems started, uninstall them to see if that caused the problem. If it did contact Microsoft support for an amswer.

There are of course many other things that could have caused problems on your computer, these are just a very few suggestions, but if they work you can avoid a lot of headaches and possible expense.
